Ever wondered what a typical day looks like at a dog shelter? The work of a dog shelter is never easy. There’s no snoozing in for the workers and volunteers because the dogs rely on them, every single day of the year! They clean, walk and feed the dogs, provide them with medical care, and find them loving homes.

What keeps them going is the hope of finding the perfect human match for each dog, creating a forever bond and the joy of seeing happy dogs heading home with their delighted new families. Through their experiences, they learn the profound importance of kindness and responsibility and discover how even one person can make an incredible difference. Saving lives is perhaps the most precious gift of all!

But even with all their hard work, we are often underfunded and understaffed. That’s why we need your help. Your donation will help us provide the dogs in our care with the food, medical care, and loving homes they deserve. Additionally, it will also cover the essential operational expenses of our shelter. Your donation will be matched dollar-for-dollar by Tote Board and the Government through the Enhanced Fund-Raising (EFR) Programme. Donors will also be entitled to 2.5 times tax deduction.
